SUPER JUICE

 

A juice a day keeps the doctor away? Well… juices made with superfoods like spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, chia, hemp, turmeric, or activated charcoal just might. At the very least they can help boost your energy, metabolism and smiles-per-day factor (because, Yum!). Just don’t go all too wild and become a full-blown juicer… like we all saw on That Sugar Film, nature has already designed fruits and veg into perfect nutritional packages, which juicing can mess with. Super juice can be deliciously made with unsweetened almond milk etc, no juicing needed. Juice responsibly!
