On the nose the bouquet is intense with hints of mixed berries, black plums and shades of dark chocolate. On the palate the wine is robust, well-structured revealing aromas of black berries, black cherries, coffee beans and noble hints of cinnamon. A complex taste with vigorous tannins and beautiful aftertaste that amplifies its elegance. Early in the morning if you pass by the Saperavi plantation you can see a small pack of wolves hovering around. In their memory the winemakers have decided to name the wine "wolves".
